Leila Arab

Leila completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney(UTS). She is a dedicated physiotherapist who provides care through a kind, compassionate, and supportive approach.Â
Leila has a strong focus on pelvic health physiotherapy, where her passion lies in empowering women and addressing concerns that are often overlooked or under-discussed. She works with women across all life stages, including postnatal recovery, return to exercise, prolapse management, bladder and bowel concerns, and pelvic pain. Her approach is thorough, evidence based, and highly individualised to ensure each patient feels supported and understood.Â
With additional experience in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, Leila takes a whole body approach to care. She recognises the important connection between the pelvic floor, movement, strength, and overall function.Â
Her goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where women feel heard, supported, and confident in their bodies. With a strong focus on education, load management, and long term self management strategies, Leila is dedicated to helping you return to the activities you love, no matter how big or small your goals may be!Â
