Roxan Mina-Maccan
Roxy is a dedicated physiotherapist with a deep-rooted passion for complex injuries and sports injuries. Her expertise ranges from addressing acute injuries to post-injury rehabilitation. Roxy’s approach is holistic, focusing not just on physical recovery but also on the emotional well-being of the patients and their families.
Outside the clinic, Roxy enjoys being outdoors and exploring nature, and spending time with her husband, friends and family.
Rhianne Kerr
Rhianne has over 10 years experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sport Science), Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Graduate Certificate in Neurological Rehab. She has worked in a range of areas, including injury rehabilitation, sports performance, aged care, rheumatology, women’s health, and neurological rehabilitation. Rhianne is also a certified yoga and pilates instructor. She is also currently doing her PhD at Western Sydney University.
When she isn’t working or studying, she enjoys running (especially trail running), triathlons, yoga and exercising in general. She has completed numerous marathons and trail ultramarathons, and has also completed a half Ironman.Â
Leila Arab
Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Leila completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney(UTS). She is a dedicated physiotherapist who provides care through a kind, compassionate, and supportive approach.Â
Leila has a strong focus on pelvic health physiotherapy, where her passion lies in empowering women and addressing concerns that are often overlooked or under-discussed. She works with women across all life stages, including postnatal recovery, return to exercise, prolapse management, bladder and bowel concerns, and pelvic pain. Her approach is thorough, evidence based, and highly individualised to ensure each patient feels supported and understood.Â
With additional experience in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, Leila takes a whole body approach to care. She recognises the important connection between the pelvic floor, movement, strength, and overall function.Â
Her goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where women feel heard, supported, and confident in their bodies. With a strong focus on education, load management, and long term self management strategies, Leila is dedicated to helping you return to the activities you love, no matter how big or small your goals may be!Â
Josh Van Rosmalen
Receptionist
Josh is a friendly and dedicated receptionist who is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. As the first point of contact at the clinic, he takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Josh is committed to ensuring appointments run smoothly and that patients and their families receive clear and helpful assistance throughout their visit.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
